A little about myself and current practice:
I am a midland native and left and returned following my education(Texas Tech-undergraduate; Baylor Dental school-Dallas; UT Houston Residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery) and plan to stay here long term. I am currently leasing space from Gray Cosmetic and Family Dentistry (My brothers). I am a separate corporation with separate financials, separate employees, and separate phones. I have a very good working relationship with my brothers and consequently they do not want to endanger my practice by “stealing patients”. Both offices actively avoid even the appearance of this. To do so would effectively destroy my practice and reputation in the Permian Basin. Again my goal is to stay here until I retire. That said things that I can offer that I feel make me unique. We offer same day procedures and consultations even with sedation if desired. This includes exodontia, Expose and bonds and many other procedures. Additionally I do full mouth extraction cases and deliver immediate dentures at the time of surgery. I’ll adjust as much as you want me to with dentures and generally arrange for them to be seen the day after in your office or whatever you would like. My goal is to provide the best care to your patients and have them leaving with a positive experience at my office and to transition as smoothly on to your office as possible. If at any time you are not happy with something or would like me to change something to better suit your needs, please let me know. Lastly, I personally write all letters communicating from my office to yours. Expect a letter when the patient came for a consult, a letter when a procedure was completed, and sometimes letters in between when I feel that something needs to be communicated to you. I do call if needed but try to not bother you when you are doing patient care either. All in all if there is a case you want to speak with me about or something I can be of assistance with please do not hesitate to call me.
